One small pet (10 lbs or under) is allowed with landlord’s approval. A $50 / month pet fee is required.
This cost varies depending on how much electricity & heat used. However past averages are available when you contact the appropriate utility provider. All utility costs are the tenant’s responsibility.
Each side has one garage space and one parking space behind that garage. Additional parking in the driveway is shared. Street parking is free.
A grass mowing service is included. Snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant.
ALL interior maintenance, or maintenance to the structure (as outlined in the lease), are the landlord’s responsibility.
All repairs will be taken care of ASAP after the tenant notifies the landlord of the damage. The tenant can choose to notify the landlord by phone or by emailing the “Maintenance Request Form”.
After the repairs are made, a “Repair Completion Receipt” will be filled out by the person making the repairs and the tenant will need to sign the receipt. IF the problem needing repair was due to the tenant’s negligence, the tenant will be billed for the repair, including materials and labor.
